Centre for Information and Communication (CIC) is the central unit responsible for managing institutional IT infrastructure, communication systems, and digital platforms. It ensures seamless connectivity across departments, supports academic and administrative operations, and drives the adoption of modern technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems.

Coordinating digital communication platforms for staff and students.

Maintaining and upgrading the ERP system to support academic and administrative workflows.

Managing the institution’s official website to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely updates.

Handling social media platforms to strengthen institutional visibility and engagement.

Ensuring data security, reliability, and compliance with institutional standards.

Supporting teaching and learning through ICT-enabled facilities.

Acting as a liaison for technical issue resolution and vendor coordination.

The centre is established as part of the IT Policy of the college. The Activities of the centre is regulated by a committee headed by the principal. For any ERP System or institutional email address or website related difficulties or complaints, students may contact the CIC Team in the System and Web Administration Room.
